Return & Refunds

If you need to return an item to us, please send it back within 14 days in its original, unused, and, if applicable, unwashed condition, and in its original packaging if possible.

To return an item, please send us an email at info@mostlynordic.com with the order details and we will send you instructions.

When we receive the shipment, you will receive an e-mail notification about your refund or credit.

Mostly Nordic does not pay for shipping on products that you return to us.

Mostly Nordic is not responsible for returns lost or broken in transit.
